"My name is Liubov, and I work as a data management expert. As part of my responsibilities, I provide guidance and support to our so-called information owners in the implementation of our Global Data & Information Policy, specifically in the area of Data Management. Additionally, I am assisting them in developing new processes for the creation and budgeting of data and analytics products within Mercedes-Benz Mobility.

Through the establishment and upkeep of a worldwide Mercedes-Benz Mobility community, we maintain a strong focus on data-related topics such as data transparency, data quality, and data models. By ensuring that our data management practices are well established, we create a fertile environment for the development of data and analytics products.

Personal and professional development are key motivators for me, as I believe it is essential not only to perform at my best, but also to constantly gain new experiences and seek out growth opportunities. In this way, I remain energized and engaged in my work.

For me, one of the most exciting aspects of my role is being involved in strategic decision-making processes for Mercedes-Benz Mobility’s data-related projects. Collaborating with colleagues from different markets and business areas with varying perspectives is exciting and particularly advantageous in this regard.”
