Social commitment is part of our culture and is exercised with a great sense of commitment across all units by many employees. They are the ones who help to actively help shape social concerns at the locations. And every year more initiatives and more volunteers are added.
Daimler Mobility thinks global and acts local
Projects and programs focus on local activities and are present at all our locations, whether with donations, sponsorships, large voluntary activities with supra-regional awareness or smaller team initiatives. We are just as proud of our social commitment as of our business success. In addition to social projects, we also promote cultural initiatives to provide impulses and to convey perspectives.
Daimler Mobility supports diversity
Diversity is not just a matter of concern for us, but we are actively shaping it. Employees from 40 different nations enrich our culture. We promote intercultural understanding, respect for one another, openness and willingness to change within the company with numerous initiatives, as well as non-profit organizations that advocate it.
